Nonetheless, we always guarantee the quality of the product and that the delivered item is correct and as requested.

4. Return Guarantee
If a customer is not satisfied with a product, we offer a 100% refund of the product’s value, as long as it is returned unopened and in the same condition it was delivered. For food products, the refund will only apply if the item has not been consumed and is returned within 4 hours of delivery.

Si un cliente no está satisfecho con un producto, ofrecemos una garantía de devolución del 100% del valor del artículo, siempre y cuando el producto sea devuelto sin abrir y en las mismas condiciones en las que fue entregado. Para productos alimenticios, el reembolso aplicará solo si el producto no ha sido consumido y es devuelto en un plazo de 4 horas desde el momento de la entrega.
